JE NE PEUX PAS M'EN EMPÊCHER

Voilà, il semble que les derniers rayons de soleil de la journée ont attiré mon regard. Peut-être au départ, mais...

En réalité, je voulais photographier le type de relation symbiotique entre l'arbre et la maison, ou la maison et l'arbre, peut-être plus dans cet ordre : l'arbre et la maison, car l'arbre est la plupart du temps au premier plan de mes photos. Il me semble qu'il saute dans mon champ de vision, encore et encore...

C'est comme si l'arbre était le gardien de la maison et de ses habitants. Même si l'arbre est parfois rigoureusement coupé, il continue à former un tampon entre le monde extérieur et la vie intérieure qui se trouve derrière lui. Il dit en quelque sorte "Faites attention, je suis là !"

Maintenant, cela me fait penser aux araignées de Louise Bourgeois (la mère protectrice).

Realy I wanted to photograph the kind of symbiotic relationship between tree and house, or house and tree, maybe more in this order: tree and house, as the tree is most of the time on the foreground of my pictures. It seems to jump into my field of vision, again and again...

It is as if the tree is the gardian of the house and it's inhabitants, even though the tree is at times rigorously cut back, it still seems to form a buffer between the outside world and the interior life behind it. It kind of says take heed, I'm here!

Now it makes me think about Louise Bourgeois' spiders (the protective mother).
